Privacy Notice

Ataoğulları Grup Yapı A.Ş. ("the Company") acts as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and informs you with this notice about how your personal data is processed.

Data we process. the name, e-mail address, phone number and message you provide in our contact and application forms; for career applications, the information in your CV; the IP address and browser information kept in server logs for site security; and your choice in the cookie banner. If you consent to analytics cookies, measurement data about your use of the site is processed as well.

Purposes. replying to your requests, handling business and quotation enquiries, assessing job applications, keeping the website secure, meeting legal obligations and, if you consent, measuring site usage.

Legal grounds. under KVKK Art. 5/2, the processing is necessary for establishing a contract, for compliance with a legal obligation and for our legitimate interests. Two optional activities rely on your explicit consent: keeping your CV for 12 months for other positions that may open (a separate box in the application form) and analytics cookies (cookie banner). Not giving either consent does not affect how your request or application is handled, and you may withdraw a consent you have given at any time.

Transfers. your personal data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. It may be passed to the suppliers of our hosting and e-mail infrastructure only as far as the service requires.

Transfers abroad. some of the services we use run on servers outside Türkiye. This covers Google Workspace (Google) for e-mail, Google Analytics (Google) only if you consent in the cookie banner, and our hosting provider. Transfers are carried out within the framework of KVKK Art. 9 and related legislation. You can request details on the purpose, method and recipients of a transfer through the channels below.

Retention periods. contact messages are kept for 2 years from receipt. For career applications, your CV is kept for 6 months from the application date if you have not given explicit consent, and for 12 months if you have. The record of your cookie choice is kept for 1 year, after which you are asked again. When the period ends, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised, unless legislation requires a longer period.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11): to learn whether your data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to the recipients, to object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
